And trust me, making mocktails is not a big task and you can do this within minutes. Here are 5 easy summer mocktail recipes which you can try for your next brunch parties or even for soothing your own bad days.
Virginio WaterMelon Margarita
Summers are here so what could be better than watermelons for the perfect cocktail?
- Half watermelon without seeds, of course
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup carbonated water
- 5 tbsp agave
Just take out the juice of watermelon in a blender by mixing the lemon juice and agave in it. Once blended properly, serve it in glasses mixed with carbonated water.
Yay! It’s done.
Peachy Lavender Lemonade
Another beautiful looking and extremely delicious mocktail is the peachy lavender lemonade. It looks fancy and can be made in minutes.
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup dried lavender
- 1 or 2 peaches
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 6 cups of water
The first step is to boil water and honey together in a bowl. Crush lavender and peach together and blend them for adding the flavour to the mocktail. Now, mix the flavour of lavender and peach in a bowl of water and honey and refrigerate it for 2 hours. While serving, filter the liquid and pour it in a glass mixed with lemon juice. Add ice cubes too.
And it’s done!
Cucumber and Mint Slusher
What can be better in summers over cucumbers and mints? This green mocktail tastes uber cool and is healthy too. Yes, go for non-alcoholic drinks and trust the healthy ones.
- 2 sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 4 cups of coconut water
- 2 tbsp sugar
Take all the ingredients and mix it in a blender. Keep some mint leaves to garnish and some cucumbers to add a fancy detail.

Ginger Peach Detox Mocktail
Ever thought of serving a slurping tasty detox drink as mocktails in a party? No, right but here you go. And this drink is also great if taken daily because ginger is a great detox ingredient.
- 2 tbsp crushed ginger
- 10 – 15 fresh mint leaves
- 2 ripe sliced peaches
- 2 litres chilled soda water
- 1 tbsp sugar (only if you want it to be sweet, must not be used if taken as a detox drink daily)
Boil water, sugar, and ginger for 30 minutes for making a syrup. Filter the liquid after some time and extract the flavour from the ginger nicely and remove the ginger pieces. Pour peach juice nicely into the glasses beforehand. And then mix this liquid with peach juice and serve.

The season of grapes is here so try out one mojito with the grapefruits. It is super easy to prepare and tastes like heaven.
- 1 cup lime juice
- 2 cups grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- Sea salt as per taste
Take all these ingredients and blend them in a mixer. Serve it cold along with ice cubes.
